V.W. Nathan is the CEO and has a 25 years of work experience and knowledge in the security industry. He served as a Prison Officer with the Singapore Prison service for 6 years. He left the Home Team to pursue his entrepreneur career in the Security Industry in 1994. He is also an experienced and disciplined executive who expects the best out of every Security Officer under his charge and care.
V.W. Nathan, as he usually called, is a member of the prestigious Oxford Association of Management and membership in the grade of Chartered Master of Business Administration. He is also a Certified Security Professional and had received awards by the Security Association of Singapore for his many contributions to the Security Sectors and Association.
Currently, he is an active member of the Association of Certified Security Agencies (ACSA) and also a committee member in the Ethical Standards Sub-Committee in the Association of Certified Security Agencies.
Mrs. Iswary is the Managing Director cum Financial Controller with more than 17 years of work experience and knowledge in the Security Sector. She also held a Senior Management position as Head of Operations with several prominent security agencies.
She is a dedicated leader with a commitment to provide good service to all our clients with complete security solutions that are based on the concept of combining quality manpower service excellence and advanced security technology.
As a financial controller, she has a set of flexible financial payment system to take care all of our Security Officers. In addition, she also supports the Ministry of Manpower and NTUC’s proposals to upgrade the Security Officer’s performance to increase their income.
